Reliable motor drive it with at least 12V 2A.
A venerable piece of kit. Used it with a smartlife compatible WiFi dry contact relay to control a chicken coop Door. Drive it with at least 12V 2A. It doesn't seem to budge well with 12V 1A for example.

Perfect and good quality
The product is really good quality and it comes with a remote control system. Highly recommended vendor.

Instructions are pretty bad and potentially damging.
I haven't tested it yet. The item seems solid, but we'll see. I took off a star because there's only one piece of documentation, which is for the remote and it's in Chinese. The remote instruction says 12/24 volt (at least numbers are English), but I wonder if people will think the linear actuator is also able to run with 24v? Maybe it is, but the uncertainty is a bit of a confidence concern. The remote can be plugged into the unit, so it's removable which is nice. It can only be connected in one way, so that doesn't bother me at all. It would have been nice if that weird connector that everything uses had a universal connector (to wire directly). The connector is a flat blade and pin, and I can't find a match online. I'll probably have to cut off and use a general 5.1mm connector.
