Vitamins D3 and K2 work very well together for a number of health benefits, but my favorite is that they greatly help the absorption of calcium where needed. These capsules are not very big, but are not the smallest size I've seen either, but are not difficult to swallow. One capsule delivers a good amount of each vitamin and one bottle will last for 60 days.

I use the Dr. Amy Myers collagen bone broth powder and am very happy with it. I trust these supplements.This vitamin D formulation has also worked out well.Especially in winter, most of us don't get enough of the sunshine vitamin, D. This is an easy way to get it, formulated for maximum absorbtion by the body.Doesn't bother my sensitive gastric system.

I expect most of us are D deficient these days since we are basically sheltering at home. Your doctor can advise you about it and this might be a good pill to help you get your levels back up faster even if you take it every other day instead of every day and the normal ones the other days.
