It is durable. My favorite part is when I plug it into my car the apple car play works. Previous cases didn’t work like that.

I’ve had a good experience in the past with cases for my 12 and 13 pro max. The 16 pro max case just sucks. Stopped working after a couple days. I’ve had 3 cases all quit working shortly after receiving. Case lights up showing battery is charged, phone charges when case is plugged into charger, but case itself will not charge phone on its own anymore.

I would give it six stars if I could. The only thing that would make it seven stars is the wi-fi wireless charging feature. I bought the second one and keep it unopened in the box for future use )))

The Good:- I was excited to get this item because I always seem to need to charge my phone at the most inconvenient times. Having the ability to charge it while it’s in my pocket or when I’m nowhere near a traditional charging method is something I never realized I needed. The charging capability of this case is excellent and works as advertised, without adding too much weight or bulk to make it feel clunky.The Bad:-At one point, the phone was in my pocket, and I noticed the case and phone becoming warmer and warmer. It didn’t reach unsafe temperatures, but I became mildly concerned and avoided putting it back in my pocket for a while. When lithium batteries heat up for no apparent reason, I pay attention—especially when the phone is in a compromising position like my front pocket. If it happens again, I’ll measure the temperature and update this review with hard numbers.The Ugly:-I ended up with the grey case, and honestly, it’s nothing special to look at. Combined with the extra bulk from the battery and the dull color, it reminds me of an old-school calculator or something you’d find in a 1990s junk drawer. If that’s your style, this case might work for you. If not, I’d recommend going with a different color.Final Thoughts:All in all, I’d probably explore other cases that offer the same functionality for a similar price point, but with a better design or added features like a built-in stand.**Update** Originally I stated the screen protector was not in the box, however I found it! It managed to fall out while I was removing everything and it landed in an inconspicuous spot, essentially getting stuck between some furniture and overlooked. I am going to bump it up 1 star since I still stand by the rest of the review.

Awesome case!

Cheap feeling plastic in your hand. Stopped charging phone properly within 3 days. It’s fully charged, when you push the button it pops up saying it’s charging the phone, and then immediately stops charging the phone. Wasted my money. I will be certain not to order this same model again :/

This case does what it promises—it charges your phone from 1% to 100% in about an hour, which is impressive. However, the case itself is very thick and extremely heavy, making it uncomfortable to carry around.The most alarming issue is how hot it gets during use. It becomes *very* hot—so much so that you can feel the heat through your jeans, which is concerning for a lithium battery product. This raises serious safety concerns.While it technically works, I would recommend looking for a different case that is safer and more practical to use.
