Q: Does this product work for hard cheese i.e. Parmesan?

You may shred parmesan cheese with your Presto® SaladShooter® electric slicer/shredder. You may place it through the chute again to grate the cheese. Q: Does this item shred cabbage to make Cole slaw?

I have not done cabbage but I do shred potatoes almost daily and it works great.

Q: What size of grating cone comes with it ?

I have no idea how to answer that question.
