This cleaver is so nice! I don't even really know where to begin! First off it looks stunning! I really appreciate the aesthetics of the blade, and the sharpness...um it's impressive. I love BBQing, and have so many times struggled and getting through the bone during prep, but not with this! Cut down my prep time for sure! I will say Wielding it is a workout though as it's definitely got a little weight to it, but it's not so heavy that it's a turn off. Overall I love it, and it would make a fantastic gift for anyone who loves to BBQ and has to prep their own meat.
