As someone on a keto diet, it's hard to find electrolyte options that are sugar-free. This powder is a lifesaver and keeps me hydrated without any added carbs.

The flavors were very intense. They were not very salty which I liked, but had a strong almost "fake" flavor to them. I mixed them with a 20 oz bottle, which clearly wasn't enough. The berry flavor ones were the worst for me. I would take a few sips and have to dump the whole thing because I couldn't get over the strong, intense taste. But I wasn't going to buy a new water bottle that had more ounces just for these. I'm not sure how well they hydrated because I didn't use them for very long due to the flavor.
