Very good AC
It has sleek design and wifi which is very convenient as it can be control from app. Cooling is very fast. Installationwas quick and done very well.

Noisey compressor did not work properly poor service
The service is poor from godrej as compared to carrier voltas loyed LG they did not listen to us they do the job with their convenience.The product is not good chilling capacity is poor it takes 30 minutes to chill my room which is 120 sqft and it makes huge noise like cooler some time it's compressor did not work properly only blow air

Excellent Cooling Experience!
I recently purchased the pair conditioner and I'm absolutely delighted with its performance!Pros:1. Fast Cooling: This AC cools space of400 sq. ft. room in just 15 minutes!2. Quiet Operation: I can barely hear it running.3. Easy Installation: The installation process was seamless.4. Smart Features: The Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile app make it easy to control.But i have paid extra Rs. 1415 for installation, Rs. 1200 for Outdoor Stand, Rs. 3600 for 3mt Copper wire which is not available in the box

WORST INSTALLATION SERVICE BY AMAZON, NO ONE TURNED UP FOR INSTALLATION
Product is good, cooling fast. PROBLEM WAS WITH INSTALLATION. I HAVE PREPAID AMAZON FOR INSTALLATION. I HAVE WAITED 4 DAYS FOR THE INSTALLATION BUT NO ONE TURNED UP. THEN I HAVE CANCELLED THE INSTALLATION SERVICE. ON 5TH DAY I CALLED UP GODREJ CUSTOMER CARE DIRECTLY, AND WITHIN 4 HOURS INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY GODREJ TECHNICIAN. MY ADVICE : DO NOT PAY AMAZON FOR INSTALLATION, JUST CONTACT THE BRAND DIRECTLY ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED

Defective WiFi feature
Very unfortunate to get this type of problem in the system. The wifi feature of the AC does not work, even though complaint raised multiple times and even couldn't solve the issue. Even after changing the entire PCB of the system, it did not work. Understand that only outer body has lable of WiFi feature however internal components are not designed in that respect. Will urge the manufacturer to look into the issue as this seems to be a defect at manufacturing and not at dealer or service. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Peace of mind with 5 years warranty
Godrej AC is budget friendly. With 5 years of comprehensive warranty we have peace of mind. Cooling is good. Installation was done in time. Technician was well skilled. Thank you Amazon and Godrej.
