Artichokes are not green
The artichokes arrived brown and very dry . The outside of each artichoke was shriveled up and looked old.

Fantastic Artichokes!!!
I live in Alaska, and many times our produce is not the greatest. But i love artichokes, and when we moved up here, my son told me that Amazon would become my best friend, and he is a wonderful home chef! So when I saw the local artichokes, I recalled what he said, and went onto Amazon. Sure enough, there were beautiful artichokes. So I ordered from this wonderful company, the one pound artichokes, 4 of them. they came in a timely fashion, although sadly my next day delivery is non-existent in Alaska. However, they came in about a week, still quite fresh and green. And I can truthfully say having eaten artichokes all over the lower 48, I have NEVER tasted any quite as good as these! And I clearly will be ordering more of them, and also the larger ones. I can hardly wait, and I cannot recommend this company more, for fresher, or better tasting artichokes.
