This steamer/frother is a game changer. I decided to stop ordering the lower priced ones that burn the milk and are hard to clean and give a higher end model a chance and I CAN TELL YOU IT’S WORTH IT!!! Dishwasher safe, so many options I’ll probably never use them all but for my daily milk steaming and frothing it is superb. Fantastic quality, functionality, and is stylish. Would definitely buy it again and again.

It’s soo convenient to use, perfect capacity to make many lattes when you have guests over. Super easy to clean, dishwasher friendly. With so many multiple functions and flavors to make, I am yet to try few, everyone at home is happy with this frother. And last its color goes with all my kitchen appliances, looks well. Very good product!

I bought five other frothers before finding this one. I find all of them make the milk so gloppy that you can't drink it and that's not what I'm looking for. On the airy foam setting, this machine does a nice job of a soft foam that you can mix with espresso and drink. The fact that it's in two parts, and the top part separates and is easily washed, is a blessing. Because the heating unit isn't in the top part the milk doesn't scum on the bottom after heating. Another blessing. So it is extremely easy to clean really all you have to do is rinse it. I also appreciate there's a tiny pour spout. But if you want incredibly thick glop, this lovely machine is more than capable of making it on the other foam settings. I haven't done hot chocolate or other things in it but I'm sure it will be wonderful.

Oh my gosh this little gadget is the bomb. I like my coffee really hot and cold creamer is just disappointing. This little gadget makes my mornings brighter and a little better. I immediately wash the cup and spinner in the bottom of the cup after use. It is fast, easy to use, and heats my creamer perfectly. Going to give it a try for hot chocolate next. Highly highly recommend this perfect gadget. Well made the only thing is the cord is thin, really thin so I’m careful with it. Still all in all it’s great!

Initially we were using it primarily for coffee but we've since tried the different functionality for other beverages such hot chocolate, protein shakes, matcha lattes and more.The machine is very simple to use. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. You don't even need to read the manual. All you need to do for a milk frother is to fill the cup up to the desired max level, select the setting and push the button. It has an automatic shut-off as well, which should be a must for this type of equipment. The stainless steel is simply elegant looking and matches our other countertop kitchen gadgets.So far it's worth every single dime spent. Besides it has a lifetime warranty.

I read the reviews and wanted this to work to produce good foam and CLEAN easily. I had a frother before that made great foam, but was difficult to clean. The cup was narrow, and removing the whisk was not easy. I agree with another reviewer that the instructions included with this frother are limited. Also, I was surprised at the size of the electrical cord. My first morning froth/foam was great. I use 2% milk and therefore didn't expect the firmest foam. The second morning my the cup had scalded milk on edges of the cup. I had read the instructions and I only use a silicone utensil to scoop. I washed and dried with a soft cloth and tried again today. AGAIN scalded milk. I used my previous cup nearly every day for 3 years without this issue. I plan to return asap
