Fiamm Electromagnetic Horn. 12v Trumpet Horn with Relay, 2 Terminal.am80s (Pair)

I put these horns on my Harley and they are very strong, loud dual tone. It’s easily the loudest “car” horn on the road. Had to wear hearing protection testing it in the garage.

The horns were easy to install and are quite loud. They come with a relay but if your car/truck has one already, you can use your existing horn wiring. They look pretty stock at first glance, too.

Nice tone, decent volume. I used the supplied relay with a standard relay wiring harness, no issues. Not much to say, gets the job done without being exceptional in any way. I’d vote for slightly more noise but a big improvent over the very polite “MMMeep” of the stock horn. One note, the two supplied mounts are about twice as thick as the units supplied with a lower priced horn, I hope that means it is built to last longer. Recommend IF you are just looking to get people’s attention and not looking to make people have heart failure when you honk at them.

Wow! What a disappointment! Where is the clear trumpet sound I was so looking forward to hearing? When I lived overseas I updated a vehicle with Italian horns and was thrilled with the results and thought I would get the same results with these. I don't know if there is something wrong with this set but it was a let down. A real "croaker". Will be returning them and will try again.

This kit arrived very quickly. The horns were very easy to install on my 2005 Triumph Speedmaster motorcycle. You can see my install video on Youtube at http://youtu.be/NM4xoE4Btd4. The hookup instructions were a little confusing to me and required researching my Triumph shop manual to determine the control, power and grounding configuration. At first, after installation, I could not get the horns to work which was very disappointing. However, after testing with a multi-meter I determined the relay provided in the kit was bad. A trip to my local auto parts store and I had a replacement relay. (While there I also picked up a nice relay socket so I don't have exposed connectors at the relay.) Once that was sorted out and connected up everything worked great. These horns are very loud, much better than the stock disc horn provided by the manufacturer. I would have given 5 stars except for the bad relay in the kit. No fault of the seller as this should have been a quality control issue at FIAMM, IMO.
