i have been drinking this tea every night, espeically if i have worked out that day. is a great drink to get your ready for bed and i feel like it does detox your body wonderfully. it releases all the lactic acid in your muscles. it is a tad bitter but i just add a tsp of honey with it and then it is perfect.

Taste is not bad.
These had ingredients that didn't agree with me and made me bloat. I have IBS-C and follow a Low FODMAP diet and have to be very careful about what I eat. The taste wasn't bad. I dont mind mildly earthy tasting things especially when they come with healthy benefits. The tea would be excellent with honey and a little lemon, but unfortunately I can not eat honey. I don't know if it helps with Detox as I only used it onceGreat packaging. I use their Ginger tea and love that.
