Careful mixing required
I love the flavor and the effects, I would just warn anyone to make sure you mix this well before drinking! It turns into little globules when it hits water, but a good shaking or a whisk will break it up fine.

Heartburn
Massive heartburn. I do not have acid reflux or have ever been prone to heartburn. I typically drink coffee, sugar free redbull, or celsius as my preworkout. I thought this would be a good replacement as I'm a fan of liquid IV's regular hydration products. The taste is decent, dissolvability is laughable, and energy seems sufficient. But 30 minutes later it feels like a 9v battery leaked into my stomach. -10/10 do not recommend.
