3 Times Roasted Insan Bamboo Salt (Granule) 250g 3회 죽염

This salt is a good value, you get a large bottle and it lasts a long time if you keep it in the fridge. Tastes just like regular table salt, but supposed to be much better for you.

I was surprised that this salt is very granular unlike other bamboo salt I have bought in the past, but it seems to be authentic, seasons fine, with not a bit of English on the container. I selected 3X because it contains more nutrients than lower infusions, but the much higher levels especially 9X have some concerns, plus the price goes up considerably. What I love about bamboo salt created by taking mineral-packed soil and salt and stuffing it into bamboo and then roasting it, is that you end up with a very nutritious salt with none of the bad effects of typical table salt like high blood pressure. It is hard to oversalt with bamboo salt.
