Forgot the negative reviews, own DLW 5 & 10 WORK PERFECT
Not sure why that person said all they get is an error message, which means user error. I have the dwl 5 & 10. Both connected fine. I have had dosers that are not wifi or Bluetooth. This bluetooth wavemaker is game changer. I have other aquatic equipment that is bluetooth which is not Jebao. Love this bc it is bluetooth and can change to feed mode or use the schedule for a specific time.

Great entry-level powerhead
Have had this for 3 months, works well. App is decent, easy to manage. Only complaint is when using 2 or more. The Master pump works fine and on whatever program you have set, but the Slave pump will not match the power of the Master. You have to choose a % and it stays that way for all programs. Example: in the morning, master is at 75% and evening is 50%. Slave you have to pick one percentage and ot stays that way forever. This is a minor issue, but overall not bad for this price point. I recommend this item as an entry level pump.

Excellent - for what it is
I was nervous about ordering this product through a 3rd party reseller on Amazon. I'm sure most people looking at these pumps know that these are a Chinese-manufactures 'version' of the AI Nero pumps. There is no official US reseller of the Jecod products, so the only option for ordering is from a 3rd party through a US retailer (like Amazon), or through a Chinese website. At least you can trust Amazon if you need to return the product for some reason. So on to the pump itself. It's important to keep in mind that these 'versions' of the AI pumps are about 1/3rd of the price of the similar Nero pump. So don't pay 1/3rd of the price and then complain when you get 80% of the quality - that's a pretty good deal. But no, it's not quite as good. The build quality seem very reasonable. I've taken it apart and looked at each piece, and there is nothing that seems flimsy or low quality. The app is functional, but basic and they clearly didn't bother to pay for a UI designer or a native English speaker to help program it. But you can make it do what you need it to do, and there actually a reasonable amount of customer programing / flow.I was nervous when I first started using it because it make a little noise - like a faint squeaking - as it ran, but that went away after it was broken in, and it's not silent. I only have one (getting ready to buy a second), so I can't speak to the parent/child coordination in the apps that others mentioned.Pay attention to the GPH flow when you're deciding which pump to get, these are all about 1/2 the flow of the small/med/large Nero pumps, so you might need to order a larger version of this pump. We'll see how long this pump ends up lasting. But for 1/3rd the price of the Nero pumps, these are a GREAT value and really are good quality for the price, given the Chinese manufacturing. If you expect $200 worth of quality, then buy the Nero. If you can live with a clunky app and probably slightly-lower build quality, then this is your pump.
