Great miso paste , will buy again , only downside is the short use by date , I bought this in may 2025 and it expires July 2025

The kid loves this!
We make a lot of sushi in our family and always make a bowl of miso on the side. Tested this out and also added some silk tofu to it and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it actually. My kid loved it so much he even made himself a little bowl of it just to have it. Making miso soup could not be easier!

This is a great Miso soup base.It features instructions on how to to use it.It tastes really good.All the ingredients are natural.Once opened, it keeps well in the fridge.
