I wanted to love this product because the ingredient list is clean and gentle, which is so important to me when it comes to anything I give my baby. I like that it uses organic agave and ivy leaf instead of harsh chemicals, and the fact that it’s safe for babies as young as 4 months was a big reason I bought it.That said, I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t see a noticeable improvement in my child’s cough or congestion after using it consistently for a few days. It didn’t make anything worse, and my baby tolerated it well taste-wise, but the symptoms stayed about the same. It may work better for a mild or occasional cough, but for us, it just didn’t seem to offer much relief during a rough patch of congestion. I do appreciate the inclusion of both a day and night formula, and I love how easy it is to dispense with the included dropper. Overall, it’s not a bad product, just didn’t deliver results in our case. I may keep it on hand as a gentle option for early signs of a cold, but wouldn’t rely on it as a go-to for anything more than mild symptoms.
