I used these at my last therapy office. I weigh 318 pounds and these held up very well and strengthened my ankles very well, so I bought 2 of them to continue my own therapy at home. (1 for each foot)

I bought this on recommendation from my chiropractor. I recently began a program to strengthen my ankles (which are so weak) and improve my balance (which is terrible). The program that I am doing at home consists of standing on one foot on this inflatable balance board for 30 seconds, then switching legs. It is hard, but very effective. Afterward, I do the same thing on a foam pad.I've been using this every day for about a month, and it is extremely durable. It came already inflated and even has a bonus pump. Even with using it every day, I haven't needed to add any extra air. One side is smooth (which is the side I stand on) and the other side is kind of pointy (which prevents it from sliding and slipping).I have lately also been using it behind my back when I have to sit in a desk or kitchen chair for a prolonged period of time - I find that it provides excellent lower back support and I'm noticeably less sore/in pain when I get up. Excellent for physical therapy.

Came across this in physical therapy and wow was it hard to balance on. Not one to shy away froma challenge (and being 50+) I immediately ordered it for home. I have been steadily improving my balance and it takes up minimal space....I have the bosu ball, and this makes that easy! I love this little balance gem. And I love that it comes in so many colors as well!

I have two of these now - one that was given to me as a gift and one that I gave as a gift to a kid. Both have held up very well for a good amount of time, but as another reviewer said - the black ones are defective. They come with big pouches in them that do not inflate, no matter how much you try to blow them up. I contacted the company right away, given their "lifetime warranty" and sent photos, and they told me it had too much air in it, as though they didn't understand the problem. So the black one is really flimsy and not as impressive as the red one. But neither one has popped yet, and they both get daily use.

Used this to balance on one leg while at my standing desk. Works my core and legs very well. At first I wobbled a lot, but after a while I started being steady enough to focus on my computer work while balancing on one leg. I can do leg lifts with the other leg while I'm on video calls and nobody knows that I"m getting a really good leg and core workout. I did have to play around with how much to inflate it. At first I inflated too much, then too little. Somewhere in between seems to work well. I use with a sneaker on the bumpy side up. Saves me time from going to the gym. Rugged and well made. I thought I'd be pumping this up a lot, but it's been going for months without needing a top up. Worth every penny.

I can already feel an improvement in my balance! This balance tool is a real gem!

When I opened the package, I was worried that the needle part of the pump was missing, but it is actually stored on the pump itself. The cushion itself feels solid, and is quite comfortable to sit on. Like any acupressure material, if you sit on it for any good length of time (10 mins+) it will leave quite deep indentations in your skin, which might be irritating if you have sensitive skin. I am happy with my purchase and found it quite good value for money.
