So stinking cute! Yes, this is a tiny bag, but I fit my iPhone 14 in it and a smaller card wallet in the center most pocket with no problem. Just the essentials is all this bag is really good for, so if you need to fit more like reading glasses etc, I’d recommend sizing up to the Cassie 19. It came factory packaged and the amount of detail and care to the way it was packed is typical of coach. The only thing I wish was if the brass hardware was more shiny, but this looks like all other coach brass so it’s fine. So happy with this purchase!

The purse is super tiny. Would not recommend

It is beautiful, my wife loves it, but it is so small she can't even fit her cell phone in it..

If I wanted something used I would have purchased used. None of the original packaging was intact , clearly I got a return. I like the purse, but i do expect it to come packaged like authentic coach, not with tags ripped off etc ! Get it together and mark “Used” for a discount ! It makes me think it’s a knockoff when it’s not impeccably packaged like the coach store even though I know it’s real.

I am not really a Coach fan in general but this bag is so cute!When it came in, it was packaged extremely well, with every bit, strap, buckle and space filled or covered with something so the bag itself was in flawless condition after unwrapping.The leather is supple and instantly feels expensive, as is the lining and hardware. The 2 straps are perfect, you can wear this over the shoulder, cross body, or use the small chain and do a cute under arm carry. I wish it had a loop on the back do you could also wear it on a belt because it's small enough for it.It's extremely fashionable and very very stylish.BUT for me, 4 stars because if it was just a smidge bigger, I would be so much happier. It has 3 pockets but really the only usable pocket is the main pocket. All I wanted to carry was my phone, a lip gloss, my house key & my license/credit card in a slim 2 pocket little folio, and getting just those 4 things in this bag was almost impossible. Nothing really fit in the smaller pockets only the main, and it was only too small by millimeters. I powered through because the bag looked perfect with the outfit and I'll for sure use it again, but don't expect to carry basically anything in it.

She's a beauty. Perfect to add to your Coach collection or to give as a Valentine's gift. As with all Coach bags, the quality is top notch, it's so well made and worth the larger price tag. It's a collectible. I can stash my standard iPhone 16 inside with a key, lipgloss and a credit card and that's about it, but sometimes that's all I want and I can't believe how much I actually use this given that it is so tiny. It comes with two straps that you can detach and attach and swap out very easily. The leather one is longer so you can wear this as a crossbody. The chain option is shorter and I can't wear that as a crossbody, which is fine. Color is just as shown and the leather is that soft pebbled texture. The hardware is sturdy. Just love it and this is easy to recommend!
