I had a hit and miss window seal issue even after new top and gaskets. I was always worried about opening up the car and finding a musty funk along with a wet interior. I am not blessed with a spot in the garage as my wife claims that, and I had to find a solution. A full car cover was a hassle (been there done that) and was often blown around and caused paint damage.I found this cover and figured why not, looks like it might work. Let me tell you it works VERY well. 55 MPH winds with recent thunderstorms and it stayed in place. 2-3 inches of rain- HEAVY pounding rain and ZERO water made it inside the car. I LOVE this thing. It comes off in minutes and goes on just as fast. Throw it in the trunk and off I go. If you have a similar situation as me, just buy this and stop worrying.

Love this cover!! It is really well made and fits great. I bought it to put over the black soft top on really hot days, and also to shade the windows. It makes a huge difference keeping the car cool while I'm at work all day and the car is sitting out in the hot sun. It also does a really great job of stopping any water from getting in during heavy rain. It secures extremely well and has weathered some pretty rough storms here in the South without worry of it coming loose/off. It takes a couple of minutes to put on, and maybe 30 seconds to take off, well worth it to me for what I needed!

Lasted two years in the Texas heat. Totally worth the money even if I have to buy a new one every two years. Replacing the convertible top can be very expensive. This cover will help make my convertible top last longer.

Fit is not “perfect”, but there are several different brands of tops that fit Miatas and understandably this requires some flexibility to fit the various top shapes and profiles.Overall, very easy to use and store, seems thick enough to last a few seasons, keeps the sun from roasting the interior (to avoid cracking the dash), reduces UV damage to the top, attaches securely and easily. I would recommend this item to preserve your Miata top and interior if you leave your car outside in the elements.

Had a couple goals when a purchased. The first was Miata’s have a flaw in that if you are not parked relatively level in the rain the drain system around the top doesn’t work and it floods the trunk. I am happy to say my trunk was bone dry today!The other goal was protecting the $900 fabric top from Buddy who likes to snooze on it. Also seems to be a success. It had a smell that made he get all lovey dovey with. 🤷🏻I did have hope that the cowl would be covered. Another problem with Miata’s is leaves and junk get in the cowl and wash down into the bottom of the fenders in front of the doors and cause the bottom of the fenders to rust out. If the product had 2 more inches of length it would have completely covered the cowl. It is much better than it was.Overall very happy with the product.

I purchased my cover in July 2020, and used it only during the summer for two summers. It’s now shot and falling apart. Granted California summers can be harsh, but had it been made from a more UV resistant material it would likely have lasted at least a couple more years. Too bad, because the concept is sound, but unfortunately the execution is so so (poorish fit and finish) and as already mentioned, the materials aren’t adequately durable for the job. Tighten up some of the tolerances, improve the materials, control costs, and perhaps it will turn into a winner.

So far so good fit great!! Easy to Install. Now it's to see longevity.
