I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience, I had to share! If you're looking for an electric bike that delivers on both performance and customer support, look no further.First off, the bike itself is a dream. The build quality is solid—sturdy frame, smooth ride, and a battery that actually lasts as advertised (which is rare these days). The motor has just the right amount of power, making hills feel effortless and long rides super enjoyable. I’ve put a ton of miles on it already, and it still rides like new.Now, let’s talk about customer service. Honestly, this is where [Brand Name] blew me away. I had a small issue with the charger when I first got the bike, so I reached out to their support team. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also sent me a replacement ASAP—no hassle, no runaround as well a little refund! They genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find.If you’re on the fence about getting an e-bike, I highly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny, and knowing the company stands behind their product makes it even better. Five stars all the way!

So I got me one. It was... difficult to say the least, working to get it, (not through the shipper, but issues with fedex). I got the bike a week later. The shipper went above and beyond to get me another bike sent to the house. It got to me even faster than the original bike was (as few days as opposed to a week). It rides well. It feels different than the last ebike I had. This bike has shocks to absorb impact (though I try to minimize that by bending my knees so my tire doesn't hit the front fender on the bike), and it rides faster and farther like I expected it would. I took a while to figure it out but rode home from work last night... About 12-13 miles. The ONLY roughness I felt was in the rode. The bike handles well. I'm gonna ride it from work tonight and maybe to see someone around 30 miles out within the next few days.

Fun, fun, fun to ride. I'm enjoying this bike tremendously despite a few hiccups.Easy to assemble, high quality construction. All required tools are in the box. Advanced hyraulic brakes and Shimano derailleur. Effective front suspension really smooths out the ride. LCD is (just barely) readable in sunlight if viewed at a direct angle. Seat and handlebar height settings easily adjustable with quick release levers. Folds fairly easily and truly takes up half the space when folded. More than fast enough for my taste, 20mph or so on full throttle over level ground, faster using pedal assist at highest setting and top gear. (FYI despite specs on product page, there is no front derailleur, only a single front gear).My limited trial of the bike's true range on a full charge is just under 40 miles over partly hilly terrain with liberal use of full electric mode. Not too shabby for those conditions.On the negative side,-the bike seems really heavy to me at a published weight of 72lbs, including battery. Because of this, I find it difficult to get it started as you would a traditional bike. I have to straddle the bike and give it a little boost with the throttle to get it moving. Mounting it horesback style by placing one foot on the pedal and swinging the other over doesn't work at all for me and can be dangerous if you forget to disable pedal assist. I took a small spill because the motor engaged and the bike got away from me while I was trying to mount it.-the gear ratios seem to be mismatched with the capabilities of the motor. Once pedal assist kicks in, there is no resistance at all to the pedals. Pedalling serves only to keep the motor running, not propel the the bike directly. I don't have any previous experience with e-bikes, so for all I know that's the nature of the beast. You can pedal really fast for aerobic exercise, but for working your muscles you need to use classic cycle mode.-the control panel is a little hard to see and use while cycling. The buttons are small and require significant pressure to engage. The viewing angle for the display is very limiting and I wish it were brighter.Customer service has been great. Communication is fast and responsive. Any issues I have had were promptly resolved.I chose the step over model for its appearance. If I were to purchase another, I would get the step-through style for easier mounting. Although I would certainly consider a lighter bike, I would have no qualms about buying another Cybervelo for my wife if she decides to join me on my excursions. The price is a good one given the advanced features of the bike.

I love my new bike!!! She is so pretty and her name is Rosie.. she is super fast and has so much pep. I had an another brand of electric bike prior and it was so slow.Super well thought out and very well made, she has everything you could possibly want in in electric bike.

I've only rode this bike briefly but so far it's great. Love the power. It is little on the heavy side but great overall. The headlight points to the sky which probably just needs to be adjusted but just dont know how to yet. The front fender was warped and a little hard to install, but still love this bike.Update.I had to go on their website to get support because there wasn't a way to contact them through Amazon. Their support is amazing. They are sending me out a new fender to replace the warped one. They answered all my questions very quickly. I changed my review to 5 stars because of this. I cant wait until the weather gets warmer when I can really use this bike.
