I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience, I had to share! If you're looking for an electric bike that delivers on both performance and customer support, look no further.First off, the bike itself is a dream. The motor has just the right amount of power, making hills feel effortless and long rides super enjoyable. I’ve put a ton of miles on it already, and it still rides like new.Now, let’s talk about customer service. Honestly, this is where [Brand Name] blew me away. I had a small issue with the charger when I first got the bike, so I reached out to their support team. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also sent me a replacement ASAP—no hassle, no runaround as well a little refund! They genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find.If you’re on the fence about getting an e-bike, I highly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny, and knowing the company stands behind their product makes it even better. Five stars all the way!

Easy to put together. Looks great. Fast!

So I got me one. It was... difficult to say the least, working to get it, (not through the shipper, but issues with fedex). I got the bike a week later. The shipper went above and beyond to get me another bike sent to the house. It got to me even faster than the original bike was (as few days as opposed to a week). It rides well. It feels different than the last ebike I had. This bike has shocks to absorb impact (though I try to minimize that by bending my knees so my tire doesn't hit the front fender on the bike), and it rides faster and farther like I expected it would. I took a while to figure it out but rode home from work last night... About 12-13 miles. The ONLY roughness I felt was in the rode. The bike handles well. I'm gonna ride it from work tonight and maybe to see someone around 30 miles out within the next few days.

Pro- Bike came quickly and went together easily. It is lighter then other e bikes. I put 13 miles on it right after putting it together. The battery did not drop even 1 bar and I live in a semi hilly area. The bike has plenty of power and shifts smooth. Lights are bright and I like the working brake light. I felt it comfortable to ride at 6'2" 240lbs.Cons - My bike did not come with hydraulic brakes like advertised. Seat clamp is on the cheaper side and required adjustment several times during my ride as the seat slowly worked down. (not bad but noticeable). The display is nice and complete but I found the buttons to be on the small side and close together so hitting the plus and minus requires paying attention. The plastic around the seat post that looks like a suspension seat is just a ribbed piece of plastic.All of this being said. I feel like its still a good value for the money and I would by it again.

I've only rode this bike briefly but so far it's great. Love the power. It is little on the heavy side but great overall. The headlight points to the sky which probably just needs to be adjusted but just dont know how to yet. The front fender was warped and a little hard to install, but still love this bike.Update.I had to go on their website to get support because there wasn't a way to contact them through Amazon. Their support is amazing. They are sending me out a new fender to replace the warped one. They answered all my questions very quickly. I changed my review to 5 stars because of this. I cant wait until the weather gets warmer when I can really use this bike.

So far it's a nice ebike. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy. Delivery was also pretty fast. Product was packed well and showed no signs of damage. Only thing i found not totally correct was the seat post doesn't have scale as described and like handlebar post does.

This bike is very strong and runs well. I originally bought the bike to use for deliveries and I am impressed by how long it lasted. It could run for 4-5 hours on Mode 2 during deliveries.I will entreat everyone looking for a less expensive but quality bike to use for delivery to consider this product.Also, if you ever run into any issues and contact customer service, they will help you out as quick as possible.

Great bike, super fun and fast. Holds a great charge. The bike was super easy to assemble following the easy to read instructions.
