Toto seats are plastic and cheap looking
The original seat broke at the attachment in the back. Does not feel stable like wood soft closure seats and expensive for plastic.

Excellent Toilet Seat!
This is high quality. It fit my Toto toilet perfectly. It closes so gently no sound at all. 15 min install, very easy.

Love love it! But can be better!
It’s nice material, shiny, easy to install.1. However you may need to order the plastic piece to hold the screw separately depends on what Toto bowl you have. They should consider to provide that already for all installation scenarios. Customer service is everything these day right ?2. I don’t understand why they need to keep the plastic bar between the screws. That bar is never flushed tight with the toilet bowl surface. As a result, water when flush, or specially guys pee standing, these wastes gather under it and accumulate after a long time. Can’t you imagine it yet ?Can’t believe ToTo didn’t think of it. Less gaps/enclosed area/ more open surface is easier to clean and dirty control

We found out the hard way that one of our Toto toilets is a just slightly longer model. This seat is worth every penny as it fits perfectly! Sounds silly but the “bargain” one my husband bought drove me insane…too thin, too short, not wide enough. Miserable. Again, sounds silly but there are enough challenges in a day, no need to add more.

Item was broken when received
Item was what we ordered but had to be returned because it was broken when received even though it was sent in double boxes, boxes were not damaged.

Great toilet seat with soft close
This toilet seat replaced the exact one I already had, but I was hesitant buying online without seeing it first to be sure. Thankfully, it was the right one and after swapping out toilet seats, we were good to go!FYI, the seat didn't come with any of the hardware, so make sure you have what you need first.

Not the quality expected.
This seat is a costly disappointment. We have only had it on the toilet for 3 months and it has already lost some finish. There are only 2 of us, so it doesn't get a lot of "traffic", plus it is very light weight, so it shifts easily.

Seat Moves Side-to-Side With Tightened Bolts
Overall the seat is high quality - but the hinge allows the seat to move side to side. So no matter how tight the bolts are connected to the bowl (with no movement around the bolts), the seat will swing side to side by 1/2 inch or more each time you sit.
