delicious
Very high quality coconut sugar. Smells great when you open the bag and actually has fiber so you know it is minimally processed. I mix a thrid of this with a my organic xylitol, and a third with my fiber combo. Tastes delicious and 2/3 less charbs. I wil buy this again for sure.

The product is great, if you’re weary, try the small bag first.
I love this sugar as someone with diabetes, it’s such a peace of mind being able to have my tea and coffee without having to remember insulin after. The negative accusations in the reviews are not accurate.Someone claimed its fake and just brown cane sugar, as a diabetic, if that were true I would have been uncontrollably spiking blood sugars from it, but I’m not. I actually went low blood sugar and this product had no effect raising it when I tested it out. It’s NOT cane sugar, or else that would be physically and scientifically an impossibility.Another thinks they got sick from it, either they have an allergy/insensitivity, don’t like the flavor, overate, or got sick from something else. I drink it in my tea everyday to reduce cane sugar in my diet and never once got sick. I’ve bought multiple bags multiple lot numbers, not a single one was bad. It’s not a rip off, obviously as with most products there’s a discount for buying in bulk to incentivize larger purchases. This is common business practice, not deception. It’s the same concept as subscribe and save except you buy the bulk all at once instead of once a month. This helps businesses predict future income and create stable earnings so they can better plan finances.I can’t vouch for how organic they are because there’s no way for me to test it, but it is high quality.

Delicious and high quality
I've been buying Food to Live products for a few years, but this is the first time I've tried their coconut sugar. I bought it since my other go-to brand was out of stock, and I really like the Food to Live one.The sugar is finely milled, and it tastes delicious. While the Ziplock-style top is functional, I've found that the sugar crystals get caught up in it and make it hard to close. I store mine in a Rubbermaid container instead, which keeps it nice and fresh.

WARNING to purchasers to select the bigger 1 lb or bigger packages to get a better price per OZ.
Good in Coffee and baking, but I was surprised by the shrunk down package and realized I should have selected the 1 lb bag with is only a buck or so more, but much cheaper per OZ.

This sugar is natural and delicious.
This sugar is delicious. Artificial sweeteners have chemicals that we aren't sure are safe for good health. Coconut sugar won't raise your blood sugar and it's natural. Which is great for us since we have a diabetic in our family. This product tastes so good and there is no after taste and it is not over processed. We can cook with it and use it just like granulated white sugar. We highly recommend coconut sugar and we will purchase again.

Wonderful product, packaging needs improvement.
Product it my favorite, packaging is not. I have had this product on subscribe & save for the last few months. Two of the packages products have been received with broken seals with sugar leaking out into the Amazon pouch or corrugated container. Have had to request refund because they don’t take returns, and I get the subscribe & save price but to order immediately I pay the regular price.

THIS IS NOT COCONUT SUGAR!!!!
I have been using coconut sugar for many years and bought a lot of it from Amazon. This is the first time I have used this brand and thought it was a good price. This is not coconut sugar! It is damp, smells like molasses and is exactly like the organic brown sugar I buy from Costco. I use it primarily for a special coffee I make and it is not so special any longer. Coconut sugar is a darker brown, has a dry consistency, does not smell like molasses at all and has a very specific taste. I use it for all of those reasons and also for health reasons and will be trying to get a refund.
