Could not use as the screeching when inserting into my ear was so loud I was afraid it was going to damage my hearing even further. Had to return them.

Update. I gave this product a negative review but the manufacturers sent me a new unit that seems to work well. My only complaint is that the default volume settings, even at its lowest is a bit too loud for me. I would like a workaround for this issue. Otherwise, the products works as expected.I would have liked the product, but after 3 hours, the battery goes dead. Neither the the left or right will work and I need a 12 hour charge. Volume control and noise cancellation worked well after charging, but after three hours everything becomes ineffective.
