Great gadget for the sink, much better than the other one I’d bought a year earlier. I’d definitely recommend this.

No instructions are given on how to put it on your tap so I had to wing it. It's not metal but a covered material in a metal like finish. It's working but I'm not hopeful it will be for a longtime. It's also heavy and my tap mixer is leaning and not centered anymore .

A bit too short for my kitchen tap but still do the job

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this tap has been a real letdown. First of all, it only has one setting – not the three that were clearly advertised. That’s misleading and frustrating. On top of that, the tap is completely rigid. It doesn’t swivel or rotate at all, which makes it incredibly impractical for everyday use, especially in a kitchen setting where flexibility is key.To make matters worse, there were no installation instructions included in the packaging. For a product like this, that’s just lazy and unprofessional.Overall, this tap does not match the description, lacks basic functionality, and feels like a cheap, poorly thought-out product. I expected far better. Very disappointed.

Easy to install, works well, good quality

I ordered this thinking that the spray attachment was telescopic like one we had previously.Upon receiving it I managed to install it but it was quite a job to screw it in enough to not leak - the threads were clean and I fitted the sealing ring so I'm not sure what the problem was - it just took a bit longer than I expected.Once installed I tried it - and the 3 different spray types worked fine but I then realised that the hose part is not telescopic and for the depth of our sink (I thought a fairly standard depth) it wasn't really suitable and so has since been removed and kept in case we get a deeper sink in the future.Overall - I think it does work OK. The water pressure seemed fine for the 3 different modes of use. The fitting took a bit longer than expected but perhaps the sealing ring was difficult to seat correctly the first few times. The quality of the tap itself is just OK - plastic with metallic paint which possibly won't last so well.As I received it free as part of t he Vine programme in return for my honest review, I will keep it and try again in future if we get a deeper sink but for the time being - it is not something that I felt was great or not - just OK. Thank you.
