Very tasty saucy water 😝
This tastes absolutely fantastic, It worked ok as a stir fry sauce but as it's like dark water it took a lot to actually flavour anything. It doesn't actually coat anything.Probably my fault and I didn't read something properly in the description regarding the consistency, But still gets 5 stars for taste as it's the best thing I've found for my tofu.We now just use it to flavour tofu and to add to broth and veg soups.

This company seem to stand out regarding the quality of their products , this is no exception ; a very intricate flavour , maybe useful to those who don't like the powerful taste of Soya sauce , being more subtle in it's delivery !
