Proper External Wall Insulation Anchors. (Not To Be Mixed Up As Plasterboards Anchors)
If you have external wall insulation then in order to keep your 25yr warranty these are the only fixings that you need to use inorder not to invalidate the warranty. Plus they are fixings that can take the pressure of external items that need need fixing to the wall without the weight of the object you are fixing, from pulling them out. Yes they are expensive but so was your wall insulation, and it is better to be safe than sorry.Please don't use plasterboard anchors as they will pull out very easy and are not for use on External Wall Insulation.

Not for fixing to polystyrene cladding
Did some research that suggested these were what we needed to attach security cameras to exterior walls with polystyrene cladding. However, because the cladding is covered with a layer of render about 5mm thick, they wouldn't screw in and were torn up with us trying.
