My experience was that it did not curb appetite, provide more satiety, help with weight-loss, etc. At most I think it was an expensive placebo effect and helped with being more intentional about losing weight (i.e., being more mindful about my habits, creating a new behavior centered on eating smaller portions, getting more exercise, etc.). I should have done more serious research into this before I bought it; I was looking for a quick-fix rather than lasting lifestyle changes which could have brought me the most benefit. i didn't like the flavor. and i used it for two weeks and was gaining rather than losing and my stomach would feel off. this product doesn't work. you are better off doing moderate exercise and eating healthy food .
