I get a lot of pain around the hip joint and am waiting for a replacement and in the mean time the pain is unbearable at times with the muscle pain as well I can not sit or lay down without a lot of pain. With this rubbed in, in the morning, lunch time and before bed, my pain is nearly gone and I can sit during the day and sleep at night now.Best thing I did was get this gel along with the spray to use in-between using the gel.
