I've had neck issues for a very long time. I've tried other cervical traction devices that use an air pump. However, I like this one because it comes with an electric pump instead, which is USB-C rechargeable. What's so great is that once you've pumped air into the cervical traction device, you can disconnect the electric air pump. This way, you can walk around without holding onto the electric air pump.My only suggestion is to put the neckpiece to the front instead of the side, as I found it difficult at times (especially initially) to attach it to the hook. I contacted the company and was told that they're re-optimizing the mold. It's great to have a company that listens to the customer's suggestions and is very responsive as well.Otherwise, it is a well-designed device for adjusting posture and cervical spine. I'll be using it daily for a long time to come.

This is great for mild to moderate stretching, but if you need serious cervical decompression (as prescribed by a doctor), this may not provide the level of traction you require.This is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and proper positioning is key to getting the most benefit, but it’s therapeutic and well-made and has definitely given me stiff neck relief.

Adjustable Cervical Traction Device with Electric Air Pump with USB-C Charging.This is light weight , all plastic made with foam padding with foam air bladder that can be blown up by accompanied air pump.It is easy to put on, but needs practice to take it off.You can customize the therapeutic intensity as needed by adjusting the height and tightness by air pump.Air pump is very powerful and easy to control how much you want the air balder to fill up according to your support needs.Overall it works for me to relax my neck muscle as needed due to daily work routine.It takes some time to find your sweet spot that will provide you needed basic support to reduce any stiffness or strain , due to sitting in from of work computer.Recommended for basic neck therapeutic use.

It does less neck traction than it tries pushing my lower jaw into my skull. Awful. Physically damaging

This isn't the most comfortable device, and it takes a few minutes to dial it in to a place where you can truly benefit from the gentle stretch and traction it offers, but it has been really helpful in providing relief from my headaches and the stiffness and soreness in my neck. The inflatable pump feeds slowly enough that it is comfortable to adjust and it deflates quickly if you need to reposition it. It is much better than the inflatable collars I've found and tried in the past and offers way more support than a traditional device.
