I think this product is excellent, it is easy to take and leaves you energised throughout the whole day. I would definitely recommend.

If you're not a fan of the taste of raw and natural Shilajit like myself you'll probably find yourself looking for different ways to consume and administer this important supplement. I've done my fair share of taking the raw powder and resin forms and although I've never licked the bottom of an ashtray I suspect that it would resemble the taste of Shilajit. So with that being said I'm always on the look out for alternative ways to consume the supplement.This allows you to take Shilajit in it's purest form (minus the taste if you swallow quickly that is). If you let it sit on your tongue then you'll get it's tasty gloryness. I know a lot of people don't like taking gummies or cellulose or gelatin coated powder forms of this supplement. So to me this is a very good alternative to get the resin form in a very easy and quick to swallow form. Also currently when comparing the price it's seem very reasonable for this supplement.

WELLSET Shilajit Tablets 36,000mg are wonderful things !!!!I really like this form of Shilajit.I would not be without Shilajit though I do take breaks form it now and again. I love it and it is full of trace minerals which make me feel great and fill me with so much good energy from the minerals.I do get lazy about taking the resin in hot liquid so I love these that are pressed into easy to take tablets .So easy , so nice to use and the same great benefits as the resin.Shilajit is wonderful and brings the body things that are al most impossible to get in other ways.Great tables .I love them The are a perfect form of this for me. great value.

The recommended intake is one tablet per day for the first three days, after which the dosage increases to two tablets daily.These tablets are relatively large and thick, differing significantly from the small, flat drops depicted in the product listing. However, I did not encounter any difficulties while swallowing them, and there was no discernible aftertaste. Moreover, these substantial tablets comprise a considerable amount of resin compared to other Shilajit tablets and resin forms that I have previously consumed.The tablets present a less messy alternative to resin. Additionally, I appreciate that they do not contain artificial additives, preservatives, or fillers, and are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

These shilajit tablets are good value and very easy to take due to their small size. They are reasonable value and the quality is very good. Much nicer to take than the resin and means I don’t always have to have it I. That form if I’ve not in the mood or don’t have the time.
