The face of the product keeps popping out of the band. Not easy to see or set.

There are 4 tiny screws to remove the back to replace the batteries. Think fat splinter size. Try to set the clock. SMH.The clasp on the band is a nightmare to get it to stay on your wrist. The watch popped out of the band when I attempted to try it on. I just wanted to count steps. I am not willing to have to completely program everything to get to the steps.

I had way more expectations of this and it did not met my expectations at all. Counter doesn’t keep accurate count. I even counted just to be sure and it was WAY off on steps.

Returned the watch.

Comfortable to wear and helps to hold me accountable to get my steps in. No app needed is definitely a plus!

So cheaply made that there is not even a “fastener loop” to keep the excess strap from hitting your leg!!! After about a week, there seemed to suddenly be a problem with the battery where the screen temporarily fogged over for several hours and I had trouble seeing the screen!!! Then the next day the screen was no longer legible as apparently the battery was already going completely dead – after only about one week!!! I just threw the watch away. Unbelievably cheap junk!!! I’m really angry. HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!

Set up was pretty easy, but it never recorded steps accurately. Used it for 8 days. 223 steps for that time period. Tried to troubleshoot but nothing worked.

I don't like that the watch face seems to easily fall out of the band. If your not paying attention, it could fall out and you'd never notice until you look on your wrist to just the band!
