I cannot compare it to any other brand, but it worked well for us when making Dubai chocolate.

This Kadayif was ok. It wasn't very fresh and had a bit of a rancid taste. I will try to find some other better quality brand.

I tried the HASTEL Premium Dried Kataifi Shredded Fillo Dough for a dessert project and overall, it performed decently. The dough was good for assembling Middle Eastern pastries, though I found the texture a bit on the stale side compared to what you’d expect from freshly made kataifi. The flavor was mild and didn’t overpower the dish, but it also lacked the vibrant freshness that makes the experience truly authentic. While it worked well in my recipe, I felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality delivered. It's a solid product if you're in a pinch, but there's definitely room for improvement if you're seeking that genuine, fresh pastry feel.

I absolutely loved this kataifi! I used it to make kunafe, and it turned out amazing—so crispy and delicious. The freshness and quality were spot on. I’m really happy with it and will definitely buy it again.
