Absolutely worth it!!! I bought these for my mother because her expensive hearing aids kept going through batteries quickly.Honestly, we didn't expect much. We thought maybe she could just wear them around the house and watch TV with them, but she LOVES them. She's so thrilled that she can now go out to dinner with us and actually hear everyone at the table, she's no longer yelling and speaking so loud, and her tinnitus has decreased.The case keeps the devices charged while she sleeps so she doesn't have to charge them but maybe once a week or so. She has tiny ear canals, and the extra domes fit perfectly.These were a great alternative to expensive replacement hearing aids.

My dad is part of hearing, and only certain tones. These allow him to hear better and have control. He controls volume, which one he wants to use or both.made with quality materials in hearing aids and charging case. Functions like a high end hearing aid with out draining your pockets. 100% worth the value for the money.

I plugged these into the charger & after fully charged they both started making an incredible loud high pitched whistle or screaming noise! I tried putting them into my ears as instructed, as they continued to scream! (terribly annoying)! I then tried the different size ear plugs, trying to get a good seal, pushed the button to raise or lower the volume, but no sound at all! If you could get it to stop the screaming high pitched noise, by making a clean, real uncomfortable seal, it was just an ear plug, you couldn't hear anything!

I've been trying to find a hearing aid for my mom that fits her small ears, works well, and doesn't cost as much as the ones the audiologist recommends. This is the smallest one we've tried so far and is the least noticeable in her ears. You have to get it seated in your ear just right, but once you find the right position, there's no squealing and it's very secure. The hand shank (little plastic thing that looks like an antenna) makes it really easy to pull out of your ear.She is very bad at reading/following instructions, but she was able to use these without my assistance. So it must be designed pretty intuitively and have decent instructions. However, I asked if she tried out the 3 modes and she said the instructions didn't mention them. She's able to hear well with it in what I am assuming is normal mode, despite having tinnitus. She said it was easy to tap the volume button while the hearing aid was in her ear (she had difficulty doing that with other brands).The battery is rechargeable and lasts at least 18 hours on one charge (probably much longer). She had a little bit of trouble getting the hearing aids back in the charging case, but I didn't have a problem. The indentations in the case make that a bit confusing, because the hearing aids don't go where it looks like they should go.

They are a good buy. They do work, but can be hard to get in the right way. It’s great that they come with a charger. Good for learning how to adjust to wearing hearing aids.

These are great! I bought them for 2 simple reasons1. I'm getting older and my hearing is getting a bit worse. My wife is always complaining I don't listen. These are perfect for wearing around the house all day and night. I hear her perfectly now whenever she speaks.2. For hunting! At the highest level they really REALLY amplify sound. Makes for hearing woodland creatures super easy!These are small and discreet. Simple instructions and fast charging. Love they are 2 different colors to distinguish th3 different ears.

My uncle doesn't want to wear the hearing aids prescribed by the doctor. When I was talking, he complained that he couldn't hear me, so I spoke louder, and he asked why I was shouting.He said the doctor's original hearing aid was uncomfortable, so I ordered this item to try.There are 3 levels of voice control. I tried to learn how to use it before giving it to my husband. I pressed the little button 3 times and found the quietest level, with this level he may not hear the voice far away, but it's light and comfortable. At least he is willing to try it.This item is good for the beginner. The price is good and worthy.

These particular hearing aids did not work out too well they whistled no matter what size cup I use they say you lower the cup size they shouldn’t whistle they wouldn’t stop whistling
