Perfect for large pan of tiramisu
I made a tiramisu at Christmas using these and they were PERFECT! The bag contains 48 lady fingers in 8 separately sealed packs of 6. For a recipe size reference, my large tiramisu used 16 oz of mascarpone, 2 cups of whipping cream, and 42 ladyfingers in a Pyrex 9"x13" dish (20 on bottom layer & 22 on top). They were the perfect size and I didn't need to cut them to fit. They soaked up the coffee/liqueur just right, had the texture needed for a tiramisu, and were delicious. I will absolutely order these again when I make my next tiramisu!
