I purchased this about two months ago after my dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. I’ve tried several over the years and never liked them. Admittedly I was drawn to Suri because of the aesthetics, but there are several factors that make me believe this is the first electric toothbrush I’ll stick with. I love the case and that it can be charged via usb-c and especially love the UV light cleaner. The brush head is a good size, the battery lasts a long time, and it feels good in my hands. It also is nice and quiet and I love that you can recycle the brush heads.I only have one con so far. The UV light can’t work unless the case is plugged in, but Suri says not to charge the toothbrush until the battery is dying, so I’m not sure when you’re supposed to use the cleaning feature.

I bought this toothbrush even though I already had a functioning brush of another brand. I figured I could use it when we traveled in our RV and not have to pack a toothbrush every time. Well guess which toothbrush is going in the RV? Not the Suri!I love the fact that I can get it in colors. The brush size is really perfect for massaging my gums and cleaning near the gum line. I also like the fact that the bristles are softer as I can easily leave the brush on an individual tooth area that I know is subject to decay.Although I haven't had it very long, I have had no problem with the battery life and hope that the 40+ days advertised is accurate. Even if it isn't, it will be many more days than my previous electric toothbrush which always needs to have its charger nearby, even when I'm traveling.I would recommend this brush for anyone who received "bad teeth" genes from their parents like I did. This is a great deal and it helps the environment.

I had high hopes because of the price but the case does not hold a charge and the vibration was disappointing. I’ve used electric toothbrushes before and this vibrates your hand more than it cleans teeth. The back of the brush is a hard and wide plastic that bumps my teeth when I rotate it too which causes sensitivity. Don’t waste your money

In using this toothbrush, I have found that my gums suffer and my teeth actually feel numb after use. I am just outside the return window, or else I would ask for a refund.

I wanted to love this toothbrush so much. my first use was amazing, loved the sleek design, cleaned my teeth great. Now two months later and this toothbrush turns on by itself and then I can't turn it off. It has completely malfunctioned on me. really frustrating to deal with this only after 2 months for such an expensive brush. Customer service by the brand has been less than ideal.

Love this product clean my twin great

This toothbrush has been nothing but a headache. Only a year after buying it from their website, the bottom part where it has the contacts for charging started to lift up. I contacted customer service and they replaced it. Then, months later my charging light wouldn’t come up anymore when charging it but it would still charge. Finally, it completely stopped charging. In my opinion this is an overpriced toothbrush. The heads are expensive, the travel case stopped working too and you have no way to know when it’s doing the UV cleaning or not. Also this toothbrush feels heavy when you hold itI just got an Aquasonic for less than 40 bucks and it had 4 modes for cleaning, it’s nice and light. Oh and it’s ADA certified which this one isn’t.

The metal hits your teeth which can be sensitive. The bristles already are too soft after 2 weeks using it. They said they should last 6 months. The toothbrush head does not go circular as the dentist association suggest. I gave two stars because it’s suppose to disinfect while in the case.
