Great product. It keeps the food very warm. I love the double layer so it can keep 2 different foods warm. It also comes with a fork and spoon. I love the designs too! All the kids in my school are envious!

Love this set ! It is leak proof , I haven’t had any issues of it leaking and always seems to be a great seal ! I brought soup to school and it was in my book bag for 4 hours before lunch and it was still hot when I went to eat it . I also love that it is easy to clean both the container and the bag it comes with . Super easy to wipe down . I would definitely suggest to anyone who brings their lunch to school or work . Even comes with cute foldable fork and spoon !

I took this to the office and was impressed with the length of time it kept my food warm. It’s practical because you have all the pieces you need in one container that fits in the lunchbox. It’s also sustainable and safe from BPA chemicals. Great quality, I’m obsessed.

for the value of the money for this item I expected a good product, I like the looks and how big it is that is the reason why I upgraded my lunch box and as what the description that they put, takes me time to write a review,Because my first , second and third not turn out good so finally decided to make a soup to bring mor my lunch it was hot when I put it so expecting still warm after 3 hours but turn out the same, maybe the product is defective since they don't close tight when I close it, but for now I am not satisfied and not worthed for the price and this is the first time I paid this price just for the lunch box. Sorry for my review just being honest

I really hate products without directions. There is more in the listing at amazon than in the box or on it. Usually this kind of thing is easy to figure out but I am still uncertain on getting the inner seal to fully seal every time so nothing leaks. I am not sue if I am doing something wrong of if the product has a defect. When placing hot liquids in its its hard to get it to fully seat and get the twist top on correctly. I used boiling water to test but most things placed in it would not be boiling. In any case I placed 200F water in it and after 6 hours it was 127F and after 8hours it was 113F. It doesn't say it requires the special foil lined bag or no to retain its heat/cold so have to assume it was tested without. I am not impressed but it insulated ok but nothing outstanding. I found touching the outside it had clearly hot and colder spots, which oddly the top was colder than the bottom which probably part of why it only had ok heat retention. I would not want to touch the hot spots so I wonder hod good the insulation is as it might scald things touching it.I would bring my own silverware and not use the folding ones included which are laughable. Maybe I would put a napkin or seasoning packet in their spot. I have camping sporks that are better made and more useful, and I was not expecting much.So i am giving this the benefit of the doubt, but I am not impressed. I find this hard to use and the lack of directions doesn't help. I do love the option of two containers in a bento, nesting box, fashion inside the insulation, but how practical is this really? you have to have two hot or cold items and that's is not really common but I can see how it might occasionally be nice to have an option. I do not have a ways to really test cold as its winter, but it probably similar temperature variance.It is really hard to get the inner lids sealed, and get the twist top on correctly, so practice a bit. I would not get this again, but I would not say to not get it, just be prepared. I do not think this had the best engineer designing it, but it works ok and is nothing special.
