2016 Dodge Dart Rallye
Kept hearing the error beep during the process and didn't think the new key and installer would work. Problem was I kept missing a step here and forgetting another step there. Instructions have to be followed to a tee, but they're pretty simple and straightforward. Product works just fine and is a way cheaper alternative to going to a dealership or locksmith for a new key fob.

The EZ way to make a spare keyfob.
A really great product that works as advertised. The instructions were clear enough. Read through others reviews so i read through twice and wrote notes. I believe my prep was overkill but i did the keyfob in less than 3 minutes. I have a few extra keyfobs to pair but the one that came with has been excellent thus far.

Well worth it.
This works like a charm saved me over $400.00 which is what the dealership was going to charge for 2 key fobs

Great Product
I was skeptical about this purchase, however given the alternative I decided to go with it. I used my $320 professionally done key to program this one. It was fairly simple. All the buttons work well. It also has a good range. It looks just like the original key. It loses points for the durability as the key fob fell and now it has a little space down the side. The problem I found was that the instructions do not match what is in the box. It references looking for lights to confirm the action, but there are no lights! I simply assumed it was OK. It is a bit tedious to go through the instruction manual and find the correct code sequence to use. It took me two tries however I got it. The manufacturer should rewrite the manual to match the product. For the physical key inside, I went to the hardware store and had the key cut for less than $10.

THIS IS MY 2ND KEY, NEITHER WORKED. 100% COMPATIBLE VEHICLE & INSTRUCTIONS FOLLOWED.
DID NOT WORK FOR ME. This is my second one. Customer service is friendly, but not very helpful... they just send you the instructions & tell you to follow them (which are in serious need of revision if they are going to claim pre-activated keys with no feedback light!) Followed directions exactly, vehicle completely compatible according to box. Issue seems to be with EZ installer unit, which I hope they are not recycling from use on other previous vehicles. Limited amount of times these can be programmed! PROBLEM WITH REVIEW? PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THIS.

Good but OK
Instruction was clear and easy to follow. Worked right away after paired with my van.The only flaw I noticed was that it doesn't work at your first try when you use it after long term. I don't know how to explain this but every morning when I unlock the door, it doesn't work at first try. After that, it works great but only the first use in the morning or first use after a while it seems like it doesn't work... Maybe it needs time to recognize the signal? but this has been my case.Overall for what you pay for second car key, this is a great option.

Works perfectly
The directions are confusing and overly complicated. I even made cheat notes because I was worried about the limited time allowed to complete the process for each key.I didn't need to be so stressed as it turns out. It's simple, though the directions are not.Be sure you understand each step, then complete each step and it is simple.I ordered a set of 2 keys for under $30 and this package came with 1. So I made 3 keys in about 5 minutes. I think it's best you do the same. This will keep the process fresh and fluid so you don't waste money on a goof up. Besides, it's still cheaper to make 3 this way, than to get 1 made by the dealer. You will still need to visit a locksmith to cut the hard key as backup in case of a dead battery.Excellent, cheap and worth it for sure.

Worked as advertised (but be aware of its limitations)
Was easy to use and, my first two key fobs reprogramed flawlessly. That alone more than paid for the cost of this devise. However, I could not program any more FOBs. As I will try to explain, this is not the fault of the device manufacturerThe reason I could not program more is that most cars now (especially Chrysler), limit the number of spare keys that can be made. Chrysler specifically limits the number to 8. Since I bought my car used, I have no idea how many keys were made before I purchased it and, I had three spares made after purchase. So, when I tried to make three additional keys, I guess the total number allowed was reached.According to Chrysler, I need to go to a dealer and have the cars computer reset before any more keys can be programed (local key smiths also said they could not do that).
