I didn't expect great sound, but it was downright awful. Poorly made all the way around. Motherboard came out of the slot when I tried to unplug the USB cable. Complete waste of money. Returned for refund.

I should have read the reviews first. You cannot change the song. It is stuck on Taylor Swift. You can plug it in to charge it but your computer wont recognize it as a drive to change the songs. And the picture is set to what you see in the stock photo. Dont buy!!!

The media could not be loaded. Okay so I was able to get the song to change if you watch the video there's a little switch on there on and off. While it was connected, I turned it off and turned it back on again and it was recognized by the computer I did also notice that a couple of USB cables that I tried did not work. Perhaps the data lines are not all there on those cables and they are charging only so also try different USB-C cables.Replacing the picture is a whole different story it is stuck to the plastic and when you pull it off leaves some of the ink on the clear plastic front without that clear plastic front it doesn't make a strong enough sandwich to hold the switch there and allow you to press it not sure what I'm going to do with that.UPDATE: I was able to get the ink off with alcohol. Be very careful. The plastic is very thin. It is designed to sandwich the photo, electronics and back card firmly between them so that the switch can be pressed without pushing all the way to the surface behind.When removing. put something on the other side, wipe lightly MANY times. DO not try to wipe hard and get it off in two swipes, you will be unhappy with the results. Final clean up with window cleaner and it was good enough.Also, put the new photo in over top of the old one, since the electronics are taped to the included picture. but on the back, in my case the thick backing card was too thick and caused the button to remain pushed in all the time. I had to replace that with a couple of sheets of thin printer paper. Trial and error.Is this the best setup for this? no.Does it work? yesWas it a great Valentines gift? We shall see later today. :DFor the photo, it is 100mm x 100mm. I added a 2mm border to make it easier to line up. I'm going to put a template out there on thangs under Music Fridge Magnet with all the buttons and a place for the song name.

Does not do what it’s advertised to do. Cannot personalize with a picture. Hole on the side does not accept a memory card as stated. Plays preprogrammed music so quietly, you have to hold it up to your ear to hear it. Real piece of Chinese crap. Don’t waste your money on this.

Mother board was falling out of it when u try to charge it. Was really bummed I couldn't change the song or pic like I anticipated. I would of sent back if it wasn't a gift for Valentine's Day and i didn't wanna go through the hassle for 10 dollars. Would of been a really great gift if u could change to ur preference.

No directions, no web site to to get directions or templates to customize your photo to your music choice. Oh yeah no way to change music as device isn't recognized for pc to update.

Was not put together well. Had to hot glue. There is not a button and you can’t add a picture. Why have a picture of another couple on your fridge?!

Sound is good, plays the whole song BUT you have to charge it. I gifted this to my wife for an early birthday present. She was so happy and love it. She plays it almost every time she goes near the fridge. 100% recommended.
