I have an English bulldog that has dry eye (normal as they get old). I’ve tried prescription terramycin as well as a couple others on here. This by far has been the best for my dog. The red is still there but not nearly as bad and no big eye boogers. I love this stuff and it’s way cheaper than other brands.Obviously different things work for different people. If you have tried others with no luck. Give this a try.

My cat Roxas has had issues with his left eye every spring and summer for his entire life. It looks like he's crying out of one eye for months on end and he can't even open it all the way. We had tried several solutions from the vet, including eye drops, allergy medication, and prescription ointment. None of those seemed to help. All it did was cost me a lot of money. I decided to try this stuff out. We saw results within ONE DAY. Ever since we started using it, I haven't had to clean gunk off his eye like I was doing several times a day before. I've never seen his eye look this clear. He was terrified of me putting it on him at first, but now he calmly lets me apply it – I assume because he can tell it's working too. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend.

Worked well, within 3 days on my 21 year old Tuxedo cat.As to the other reviews that suggest it's not sealed - this is a trial tube size - From having worked in and owned a medical clinicfor several years, - Most, if not all, trialsizes meds given to us by the pharmaceutical sales reps would give us "samples/trial size meds" to give to our patients, the trial sizeswere never sealed. Most still aren't. Why - I don't know but this tube IS safe.This does what is says, stick with it, don't be afraid to use it - NOTE - on the first day, it will look worse, but that's perfectly normal with any injury or infection.By the second day, I was already seeing great results and feeling relieved.Use this, 2 to 3 times a day/max and try to keep them from licking it off with their paws.It works and I'm happy to have gotten it in a day, unlike another brand that took nearly 2 weeks to receive, was 10 bucks more and was the exact same size.With infections like that, you don't have time to wait 2 weeks, so I took the chance on this and very glad I did.When it arrived, the box was inside of a gold mylar - SEALED package,a white box inside, and ANOTHER box inside of that with the tube in it. This IS safe.I assure you.I felt the need to write the review basedon how well it worked and because I saw other reviews suggesting it was not sealed and possibly not sterile.Let me tell you this - if you want to saveyour pet's eye within 2 to 4 days?THIS WILL WORK. I just purchased another tube for any future issues.One thing they were accurate on, in other reviews, however, was the pressureof the tube - the moment you open it, a lot continues to come out every timeyou need to use it - so use sterile gloves, a 2x2 sterile gauze pad to gently wipe eyedry, THEN grab a dab of this and cap it off immediately so you don't waste the med.For the price? Please, a definite bargain and I am so happy my cat's eye is great after just a few days.Did my cat like it? Hell No, but this small, 15 dollar tube saved me hundreds. Save yourself the vet bill and purchase this eye ointment instead! I have one cat that seems to get an eye infection once a year. He'd start off by squinting the eye followed by swelling. After putting this on his lower eyelid twice a day I noticed results within 2 days. The swelling was gone. After a week he was no longer squinting and back to his crazy self. I've also used this on a cat whose eyes drain and it completely nipped that in the butt! (Don't put the tube directly to their eye!! Wash your hands or use gloves and apply it using your finger!!) I think it's awesome that you can use this on many different species of animals. From farm animals to reptiles, they've got you covered. My only complaint is the tube. Putting the slightest amount of pressure on it causes it ooze out. Therefore, it becomes a mess. I've wasted a lot on accident. I wish they'd upgrade the tube to something more practical. It's still a very effective product, it deserves more than 5 stars since it's saved me so much in vet bills.

Eyes cleared well after 2 days

This product saved us 3 vet trips. We recently adopted a new dog and had her at boarding training camp for two weeks and she came home with pink eye or some variant there of. Soon, our two other dogs had it as well. We figured we would give this a try first and sure enough it worked. Our oldest dog took the longest for it to work, but the younger two responded to it very quickly.

I ordered it Wednesday and it arrived the following afternoon. It's terramycin from a different manufacturer and has all the same ingredients. I just started using it yesterday and haven't had enough time to properly judge the product.I can say that even without the safety seal it's wrapped well in a box then gold foil then in a box. They obviously have pride in their products and want to get it to you in perfect condition!!!Mission accomplished, it arrived in perfect condition and unbelievably fast!!! It has the same consistency and color as terramyacin, no smell or runny at all... And didn't burn his eyes. Obviously it's the same thing for half the price.So far seems like a win win situation for me.If anything changes I will repost. I have 2 big dogs and on a tight budget. Finding this saved us a trip to the vet,the scripts for the exact same thing, and ALOT of money. They got it here super fast which obviously was necessary as they needed to get this med going.That's my opinion on this medicine and the seller.

I have two kittens that play tooRough and the poor babies got their eye scratched, we put this ointment in their hurt eyes twice and their eyes are much better!
