Worked on my eScooter too
I am using these with a escooter than didn't come with thumb controls. I was able to expand the item to fit over the handlebar throttle perfectly and now we have thumb throttle.

It works OK, but will move if not formed right
Works well all though you need to use a heat gun to form them

For smaller handgrips
I got these as presents for some fellow riders after they saw my throttle assist I use on my Harley. Thes look amazing, but the primarily use the force of them being curled tightly to stay in place when you go to twist your throttle. My more expensive, name brand one has a thick rubber band underneath it that helps it grip to any time of grip you can imagine and is wide enough to fit any type of hand grip. I tried to fit these over my Willie G grips and they would not open enough to get them over the skull. They fit fine on the OEM Harley grips and since those a rubberized they stick well. However, if you have aluminum or really anything NOT rubberized on your grips then I suggest you find some rubber bands to put underneath to keep it from slipping when you want to give your bike a little gas.
