It's a nice chair, neatly made & easy to put together, but I'm giving it 4 stars, which I think is pretty generous for a few reasons: 1) The 'lower back' support is actually pressing against your bottom, not your back, so it's a bit uncomfortable. If it had been detachable, I would have removed it. I may open the fabric up eventually, and cut back the sponge. 2) The T-bar looks and feels a little unsafe/fragile when leaning back. I suppose I'm spoilt as my last (very old, now) executive chair, was built like a tank - and admittedly was a LOT more expensive, so you get what you are willing to pay for. 3) For an executive chair, the seat size is rather small for my thigh length, and the back is too short to support my neck, (I'm 5'4"), so my bad for not noting the measurements, assuming it was similar to mine when seeing it had neck support/was an executive. But, as said, it's a low price, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Easy to assemble, even though it is a budget office chair it feels quality. The best I have used in years, certainly the best I have owned over the years. Only found one fault, it had a cracked plastic shield on the base. It's cosmetic and hard to see, it does not take away from the value for money the chair is.

This chair is ok, not great but not the worst. Was easy enough to put together to start with unfortunately when attaching the arms the block that takes the screw in the bottom of seat will not tighten, if we tried to tighten properly it would have ripped the block out if the fabric of seat so the arm does not attach properly on to the seat it pops off the second any pressure is placed on it. So it’s being used as an armless chair. Wouldn’t buy again but it still functions as a chair and it’s comfortable to sit on.

This chair is close to being a great chair, but the major issue is that the back does not adjust up high enough for the ‘ergonomic’ shape to sit in the right place. At its highest, the lumbar support sits behind my backside and the neck support is just below my neck so I have to force myself back and use a cushion to get comfortable. I’m only 5’4 so it’s not me that’s too tall! I wish I had sent it back straight back but that’s not so easy with a big product. The five star reviews confuse me, because this chair just isn’t comfortable without additional measures. If anyone knows of an extender for the T bracket on the seat back please let me know, because another couple of inches would make it perfect!
