Very good quality, comes toasted
I use this to make the filling in Dubai chocolate pistachio bars. This comes already toasted to light brown color so I didn't have to toast it myself, a nice time saver. This is shredded super fine and is super crispy. It is also excellent tasting Kataifi so it is perfect for my chocolate bars. I can recommend it.

This is a small package. It can be made for a small portion of 'qnaffe' but it's high quality and well made. I also made with milk, boiling with milk, then adding sugar and little butter at the end. It's a delicious breakfast option. I love it!

Don’t waste your time with this product , you can find better kataifi, this one is already cook and what I got taste like someone over-cooked it. I put some butter to see if taste better but doesn’t work.

Very Good Quality
Worked perfect to make the dubai chocolate! No need to cut or toast it, very easy to use, it was quick and delicious! Definitely will keep buying for candy making! great smell as well as super fresh, definitely worth the money.
