This pillow is a life changer! It has a very nice shape that cuddles your head while supporting your neck. I am a side sleeper and it is so so comfortable. It stays cool thru the night and is not too heavy. I sleep much deeper and my neck does not hurt in the morning because of the support it gives and good size . I was so impressed I bought another for my husband and recommended it to 2 friends who have also purchased it. So glad I found it for a great price.

So glad I found this pillow. It stabilizes and supports my neck so I don’t wake up with Weird pains. The memory foam is just the right firmness it’s not too soft but not too hard . It’s helped me align my spine as well and I’m waking up with less back painIt comes with a breatheable pillowcase which allows me to sleep cooler . I’m a side sleeper but it’s super comfortable no matter how I sleep . Highly recommended for anyone trying improve their sleep .

I've been using this pillow consistently for the past week and a half. I have herniated discs in my neck and my doctor recommended that I try one of these pillows. It has definitely helped to alleviate the pain that had been flaring up from my part time job.It arrived in a vacuum-sealed plastic casing. I opened it a few hours before bed to ensure that it would fully decompress itself before trying it out. I saw that the zipper had separated on the back of the pillowcase, but with a little bit of finagling, I managed to get it back together and it's been fine. The pillowcase can be removed for washing by pulling apart the center button that connects the front and the back.My first night was not comfortable for me through no fault of the pillow itself; I was not used to the firmness and contours. I had gone from using a regular pillow with no support to this. I wasn't sure how to position my head correctly to get comfortable yet. Over the course of a few nights, I began to adjust and feel the difference. The support began to feel good with the way it cradled my head.I like that one side of the pillow is higher than the other to accommodate different people. I tend to sleep both on my side, back, and stomach, so the higher side only works well when I am on my side. I found that the lower side works better for me overall because I shift positions frequently during the night. The butterfly shape gives you a place to rest your arms.Overall, this is a good purchase if you're looking for a supportive pillow. YMMV depending on if you have neck issues.
