I am still in the process of putting this together. It falls apart while you put it together. There are a ton of small pieces that are not organized in any logical way. It’s going to take about 40-50 hours to complete it. That is assuming I can get it to stay together. I would not have bought it if I knew that. (I didn’t see the 2309 pieces when I bought it). No extra pieces in here so far so you better not lose any of the thousands of tiny pieces! I will update review when finished.Updated: after much more frustration (put one piece in place and 5 fall apart) and seeing other reviews of people having the same problem, I decided to return this item. 15-20 hours wasted! Do not buy this poorly designed product!

The media could not be loaded. This lego pinball game was not too difficult to assemble and the directions were pretty easy to follow. It took a decent amount of time to finish. It took roughly 5 days 1.5-2hrs each day to finish. All accessories extras like led lights and sound made for a fun experience.

Very poorly conceived. The pieces come in bags in a highly disorganized manner. As others have mentioned, the Lego pieces don’t snap together very well and are constantly falling off. You have to repeatedly flip the machine while working and most of the time a piece will fall off when that happens. I’m on step 220 of 360 and have noticed some of the instructions are totally inadequate. They also show diagrams on an angle so you aren’t really sure always where to attack to the base. I am not sure how this will hold up with a child using it. Probably will end up buying a different pinball machine to replace this one for my nephew. Strongly recommend against this product.

I don’t think the product description is clear enough that this is a Lego-type set, consisting of 2,500 building blocks. I was surprised (as was my son) when we opened the box, and instead of an intact pinball game, there were thousands of pieces. Kind of a bummer…

The pieces don’t stay flat and don’t fit well. Was a great idea but sadly didn’t fit well together, aside from some pieces that we could not find. It was a Christmas gift and ended up being a source of frustration and disappointment while putting things together.

Missing parts. Parts won't connect properly. Overall terrible set that any amount of QC would have fixed.

TOO MANY PIECES TO PUT TOGETHER

My daughter is an avid Lego builder and has completed many intricate models. She built a portion of this model (not a Lego)and while completing the first package realized the pieces would not hold to the base. She attempted multiple different ways to get it to attach and could not. We will be returning it.
