Effective and excellent value
I purchase this for a relative who suffers from a chronic stomach condition therefore has to take these on a regular basis as recommended by their GP.They find this brand as effective as the well known brand and much cheaper. The capsules are easy to swallow with or without water. Individually stored within a foil "pop out" strip these are quite small so, for arthritic hands, I would recommend that you pop the capsule out over a counter top just to make it easier to sweep back into your hand should you drop one.Excellent value for money and being able to order such a large volume not only cuts down on the frequency of orders placed but also gives my relative peace of mind that they won't run out.

Effective as the major brands for a lot less
I unfortunately suffer from IBS, the type which means I do get diarrhoea on a reasonably regular basis. These work reliably and effectively for me every time - one initial dose of two tablets is often enough, if not one more after the second "episode" does the trick.The hard capsules are very small and smooth so they're very easy to swallow, and the quality is exactly the same as any branded version of this as the active ingredient is identical. The packets are quite small and discreet so you can keep some in a bag for when you need them.If you use a lot of these, as I am afraid I do, then getting 144 tablets will last you a while.At the current Subscribe and Save price these work out at about 57p a pack of 6, which is a good price, but I can find these for 59p per pack at a well-known high street chain, so not a huge saving - but to be fair they are sometimes out of stock and if you need to keep a fair supply on hand, this is a convenient way of getting them delivered.
