UPDATE: The seller reached out to remedy the situation, which has allowed us to get a replacement phone. No product is perfect and I understand that defective products happen from time to time. Thankfully this seller stands behind their product.This was a really fun phone for my kid, but after using it for about 3 months, it no longer turns on. Tried different chargers, tried resetting it, everything, but it just no longer works.

This kids' smartphone toy is absolutely fantastic! My child loves playing with it, and it keeps them entertained for hours. The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 of these for our daughters as they always want our phones to look through pictures or take “selfies”. Our oldest 7 yo loves hers. I was nervous the touch screen would be slow because they'd lose interest and just be frustrated. Not the case at all. It’s easy to use, gives the option to set alarms for various things: waking up, brushing teeth, going to bed. Calendar/date that needs to be manually set. The camera/video quality is like 2005 pink razor vibes but for the price, we expected that. The case is cute and provides good protection. I honestly am not sure about the time to charge because our daughter usually charges it at night but I’d say most of the day (granted they only play with them for an hour or so). Which is my most favorite part! I don’t love the tablet/phone thing but I get that’s what children do now. This phone makes them feel like they have something special but it isn’t enough to consume them for the entire day. Our 4 year old could kind of care less about hers. She will use it to pretend she’s talking when playing house and likes the camera. She does like some of the games. But hers is usually dead until she remembers a week later she has it. This would make a great gift for a child that is too young for a real phone! Very happy with the price and quality.

I am so sad to write this review. I will completely change this review if the seller/ manufacturer of the product agrees to help out for my daughter and send a new one if I send the broken one that's not even broken it just stopped working after what she said wasn't even 3 days until it just stopped working completely!Bc of this.. i may get nothinf from it. Other than to warn others to not waste their $.. sadly my daughter JUST told me about this. She lives with her other mom part time, & she leaves it there. One day I was curious about it. & she told me that the other moms dad set it up perfectly right... & now I can't get a refund or send it back to get a new one that will ACTUALLY WORK! I WAS soo excited to give this to my daughter.. & this plus those little cameras for kids. (The kind that looks like a small pink kids version of mine, a Canon Rebel T7 series)... the shape & stuff, looks just like mine. So I thought it was perfect. Bc I'm into photography & as my daughter apparently (as well I love it!) Looks up to me & wanted one too... so BOTH THOSE broke... & she's 11.. she was old enough then & now to take good care of her stuff... SMH at the manufacture who sells these!!!

This is a great toy cell phone with a lot of features. My 4 year old loves it! The Picture quality isn’t amazing. She enjoys the music, games, pictures and video function. Seems to need charged often

No idea why this is marketed as a phone, but when I told my daughter she wasn't old enough for one, she saved her money and bought this. She seems to have a blast taking pixelated photos and playing with the apps, so it clearly meets her expectations. The dual cameras and games keep her entertained, and it’s great that it includes a lanyard and some fun features like wallpapers and voice recording.That said, it’s not a phone—it doesn’t allow kids to make calls. It’s more of a toy with some added learning features, and for the price, it works well for what it is. If you’re looking for a fun and safe device for kids that’s not an actual phone, this is a solid choice. Just don’t expect smartphone-level performance
