Q: The brand is "pure organic ingredients". but, are the oats organic? it doesn't state this anywhere that i can find in the description or packaging.

This product is not USDA certified organic. We do source our products with care and precision to ensure we are sourcing the highest quality available. As more and more products are available as organic, we strive to find them and make that switch.

Q: Are the oats are actually organic or not?

I've looked at the package of these oats- it doesn't mention organic anywhere. It says eco-friendly. If organic is important to you I would go with a product that specifically says so. These are really good steel cut oats but I don't think they are organic. Hope this helps.

We do not test for glyphosate. Nor will we say our oats are glyphosate free. There is a chance of contamination in the field, whether through direct application as well as drift from neighboring farms. There is also the possibility of contamination in the original stabilization plants and even our supplier's plants, (although they have started making their wheat and barley farmers sign an affidavit that they will not use glyphosate directly, they also run into the problem of drift.)
