The lights both look and work very well indeed.

Arrived quickly & well packaged.Easy to put together and arrived already charged to go.Very well made, top quality and does the job. Fantastic for ambient lighting, but if you need full light,excellent lighting area covered. Lamp itself is heavy which is a plus for me.Cannot believe how cheap this metal lamp is compared to the more expensive and plastic type lamps.Have bought 2 more!Highly recommend!!Can confirm I am a genuine buyer with no incentive to give a review.

Looks lovely and perfect on what we needed.. the only problem is has to be keep recharging them as they don’t last very long, about 2 hours and they get quite dull after that, so not good on a long winter evening .. but very nice when they work

Very good quality construction. Well packaged and clearly worth the higher price compared to the plastic versions. Bright and consistent light output. Would highly recommend.

I was impressed by how heavy this lamp is and how good it looks, at least in comparison with other rechargeable lamps. Got the black one. The only disappointing feature is the very obvious on/off symbol on the top, which rather detracts from its appearance. Photo attached. There obviously has to be some indicator but it should be much more subtle. In some of the website photos is looks pale grey, which would be preferable.Initially there was a problem with assembly as the double-ended screw connection on one end of the ‘pole’ was seized in a position such that it left about 5mm of screw visible when fixed into the base, even despite the plastic collar. I managed to free it using a soft-grip wrench, screwed it in the correct amount and all was well. I suspect it may have been a returned product.Although primarily for ambient lighting when sitting outside at night or during power cuts it would be very adequate as a reading light if sat at a table with the light close by.The 3 colours of white are fine, with the warmer white not being too yellow and the coolest not being at all blue. Adjustment of the brightness (10% to 100%) by pressing and holding the central button area works nicely and the last chosen intensity is remembered for each colour of white.At a small rural cottage prone to power cuts I have 2 rechargeable camping lights that are stored out of sight but this lamp looks good enough to be permanently on display and so more readily accessible.Priced at £26 for one it isn’t cheap, but ok. Getting two for £36 is however good value. Would happily recommend if you have the need or desire for such a lamp.
