I liked that they are comfortable in the stretch of the leg, the length is perfect for me as it goes over my hips and with enough stretch to fit very comfortably over my ileostomy pouch without interfering with the pouch and flange at all. I have been using the ones given to me at hospital, they were sized for a giant but were fine. These are great for me. Tena has so many different sizes and types. I can't speak to the absorbency but the first ones I used would hold a quart I think, very thick pad.Tena products are wonderful and comfortable. Thank you Tena

Mom has tried other brands, some were stiff, some we're causing a tender area on her bumand some did not offer the protection she needed. We have these a try and she loves them!! They offer softness, and the lighter weight as well as the protection she needs. I highly recommend theses to anyone who needs protective undergarments.

They work as advertised, much more absorbent than the drug store chain product. Well worth the money and you can get a great deal on quantity if you are a good googler!

Tena is the best brand out there for quality, comfort, & dependability.

The size large was posted 185+ pounds, so presumed that the medium went up to that size. Purchased for someone who weighs 150 at most. They were skimpy & too tight in the leg so it caused a lot of swelling. The Tena products are very good. Just disappointed that I couldn't reach seller to discuss because ad is misleading.

These are not as good in my opinion as the regular ones that we use from TENA, I will not get again. I expected overnight protection but didn't get it.

I bought these for my mother, she doesn't like these because they are too bulky for her but that is just her impression. My mother prefers pads to these underwear so these might be great for someone who is unable to walk into the bathroom due to mobility issues. They seem to be well made.
